The guards bowed and navigated them to Shah House.

“Tight security,” Elaya whispered.

“Just like the case is,” Ava let her hands rest inside the coat pockets, and Elaya chuckled a little.

The house was divided into 2 floors. The outside of the house was covered by black paint. The house was guarded by 20 guards, and Shah Ground was guarded by 15 guards. There were security cameras on each window, and the control was in the controller room (basement). Two maids were present with 2 chefs. This was more of a mysterious house than a simple one.

Elaya walked in as she scanned the whole house and was greeted by two maids. Ava signaled Elaya by eyes to walk to the next floor to the bedroom. There were separate bedrooms for the two of them.

As they both entered into one of the bedrooms

Elaya popped herself on the bed while Ava leaned against the wall. “Elaya, as I have heard, mostly those who are killed have different-colour eyes…” Ava sat next to Elaya, and her reaction was worry. “You think he is gonna hunt me down tonight? Tomorrow?” Elaya laughed and sat straight.

“Shhh,” Ava put her finger on Elaya’s lips. “Don’t dare to say anything.” Ava took a box out of her jacket. A pair of brown lenses were present. She handed it over to Elaya. Elaya pressed her lips. “Maybe we are just assuming.” Elaya opened the box and closed it again. “Wear it at least for the sake of Allah.” Ava held the box and opened it again.

“But—” Elaya was about to say.

“No buts,” Ava cut her off.

On the other hand, Emris was sitting on his bed.

One hand occupied with a cigarette, which he kept inhaling and throwing smoke out of his mouth.

“Ironical, so let’s set another target. Maybe this time, Czar will catch me,” Emris chuckled and stood up and looked outside the window.

He threw the cigarette out of the window.

“It’s been years since we saw each other, Czar,” Emris raised one of his eyebrows, and his both hands rested on the window, while his eyes roamed down. His room was located at the top of this hotel. His phone buzzed, and a call came.

“Mr. Kang.” Emris chuckled while looking at the phone screen.

“Hello,” Emris said in a playful tone.

“Your next target, lane number 5 of Highway 17.

Tomorrow, 1 am. I will bring her there,” Mr. Kang said in a cold tone.

“Why do you always sound so serious, dude?”

Czar mocked while closing the window and walking to the washroom, the phone call on speaker.

“None of your business. Don’t forget—this time don’t just kill, we need one organ. Only then we will give you money,” Mr. Kang barked.

Emris started the shower and said in a cold tone while keeping the phone near his mouth:

“‘None of your business,’ you said, but with my business your business works. So if I stop doing this, you will run bankrupt. So watch your tone next time.” Emris cut the call.

“Old waste needs to be recycled to generate new products,” Emris whispered. “Your turn will come soon, Dad,” he chuckled and let the water touch him.

“So you are saying… you saw Emris’s dad?”

Czar circled his glass of whiskey while his position remained fixed on the chair. Being a corrupt police superintendent —high in rank, yet the most feared—he was always called when “The Blood Sucker” had done something.

But the night before last, he wasn’t called, and those who were called were murdered on the spot by Emris.

Czar cut the call while his hands crushed the piece of glass. A smirk played on his lips as he texted, “Location.”

Within a second, the location was served.

Not wasting a single second, he picked up his officer’s coat and the cigarette packet lying on his table.

“You will see what I’m about to do, Emris.”

The door opened, and the vice inspectors stood up upon seeing Czar step out of his room.

All of them were assigned to their positions. Czar lit up his joint, inhaling deeply as he looked at each of them, one by one.

“Follow up. We need to catch Mr. Kang.”

“Yes, sir.”

The officers quickly moved out, and the police jeep was ready. Czar threw the cigarette on the ground and quickly sat in the front seat beside the driver.

“Fast,” he said in a cold tone, and the engine started.

Upon reaching the location, Czar and the other inspectors stepped out and began searching. Czar worked alone while the others searched in pairs.
